Djedhi Codex

Unlocking ancient wisdom through the sacred order's teachings.

📜 CODEX OF THE ANCIENT ORDERS

The Sacred Order of the Djedhi is the oldest surviving mystical brotherhood of the Near East, older than Persia’s Magi, older than the priesthood of Thoth, older even than the Watchers who rebelled on Hermon.

The Order traces its lineage to Daniel the Seer, who received an astral prophecy from an angelic being and hid it within a Copper Scroll sealed beneath the Temple of Nabu. Only the Djedhi “the Upright Ones” were entrusted as its keepers.

Their purpose is twofold:

1. Guard the Flame

A spiritual fire passed from generation to generation, carried not in temples but in chosen hearts.
Those who bear it are “Flamebearers” souls attuned to healing, sacrifice, and resistance against false thrones.

2. Watch the Stars

The heavens are the handwriting of God.
The Order tracks signs, alignments, and the paths of ancient omens especially the Star Unnamed, whose rising signals a great turning of ages.

Astral Perception

They sense tremors in the heavens the way a sailor reads waves.
A Djedhi can often tell when something “wrong” is moving through the world.

Flame-Tether

A spiritual protection binding the Order into unity.
If one Djedhi falls into darkness, the tether alerts the others through dreams, waking jolts, or shared visions.

Cantor’s Song

A healing invocation that resembles a melody more than a prayer.
It bends light, memory, and breath to mend wounds
but awakens ancient beings who covet its power.

Danielic Sight

Seizures

The stronger the alignment, the more dangerous the vision.

Veil-Walkers.
Storm-Interpreters.

Their staff-strike can break illusions and dispel shadow-born visions.

Ishara: The Queen of Abominations

A false goddess of seduction, bloodlines, and throne-claims.
Once a watcher of Hermon; now a fallen throne.

The Riders of Gehenna

Part sandstorm, part scream, part memory.

They hunt the Djedhi when the Ninth Watch approaches.

The Riders of Gehenna

The Djedhi call it “The Mountain of Lies.”

Mušḫuššu

1. The Copper Scroll of Daniel

The heart of the Order.
A prophecy written in metal, readable only by moonlight under specific constellations.

2. The Silver Key of Susa

A moon-forged sheet that reveals the final hidden column of the Copper Scroll.

3. The Djed-Pillar Staff

Carried by the Master of the Ninth Watch.
Repels illusions, shatters false visions, and anchors celestial truth.
